How to use:
Make a dump of your LV1 or LV2 and drap & drop the dump file on the tool's window.
It will show the PSID, idps, Target ID and PS3 model found in the LV1 or LV2.

You can drag & drop a dump of your NOR flash too.

how to get lv1 .lv2

he say u need a dump from multiman... this works only on cfw...
on ofw u need e3 flasher to get a flash dump...

I think this is for CFW only, I dont think you can get Lv1 or Lv2 dumps from an OFW. AFAIK there is now way to retrieve a console ID from an OFW, Sony patched them.

in e3 flasher there is a way right?

To be honest idk about that, I dont own a e3 flasher as my PS3 has a nand chip, so someone helped me downgrade my system via progskeet
