Ok good, well I stated on several topics that everything went well for me for over 2 years CFW since 3.41-4.30.1, I never had a ban and was syncing trophys like twice a week

I still do own an Original PS3, there I was playing BO2 and MW3 every day.

So yesterday I played BO2, went off, and now I was going to connect on my Original PS3 again to play some BO2, but it looks like they banned me.

Getting Message : Acces to Sony Entertainement Network by this account has been banned or temporarily supsended. But still no email...

All I can say is that they banned my Account, if this is a perma ban or temp. i have no clue?

Had no chance to see if I got a Console Ban aswell, since im still on 4.30.1 and yet not spoofed to 4.40, so cant acces for now anyways


To clear things up :

--I always used PSninja0.4 and deleted the history files myself aswell with FTP

--I never played any game online on that CFW

--I never cheated on any Game, no BO2 no xp lobbys, no eboot.bin nothing

--I just synced my offline trophys and signed out immediatly

--Never used any Homebrew while online


So finally yeah they got me i guess, and everyone will get banned one day. Too bad for my 125 Platinums and all my work I spent on that Account :/

Going to edit tomorrow to tell if I am console bann aswell

ya i got my system banned yesterday to but i did go onto the psn store and downloaded all my bought content. so i kinda fuked myself lol.time for a new one i guess... well i can still play backups just cant play online with any accounts... but i dont think my accounts banned tho because i went on there website and it still let me sign in...idn

However, why people keeps playing BO II, this happend to me on 13th of november, when the game came out.

Me and few others got the game previously and got xRaW to make a backup for our group.

Then i enjoyed playing online with main account, then never played again. (This was about 2nd of november)

On 13th of november i spend 70$ (Most useless 70$ of my life) buying the disc for my ps3, i tried accessing a zombie game with my friend, i l

lasted in the group for about 5 minutes, then got kicked with the server error. I tought it was the bug those days was common, but no, it was a

permanent account ban, today i still can't play, not just getting the server error but also getting kicked off SEN (800A2513).

This is why i hate much this game, this is just a game made basically to prevent modders using cheats in online games, so verifying they are using

a CFW playstation and reporting to sony is a good reason for them to get us banned, so their game will be clear.

BTW does anyone know how I can retrieve my Friend List from the banned account?

If you have a Vita:

Make a new Account on the Vita, than look at your old account, if your old account share the informations, you can see the friendlist.

Maybe when u was clearing your history you did it too much, Sony could of looked into your account & noticed that you got all these trophies but not one bit of history on your account. Lastly I have a feeling you may of randomly of gotten grief reported which leaded sony to investigate into your account further which sadly they noticed a modified console. I think you was just truly unlucky mate.

so yeah we all know that, but at least i lasted over 2 years

it's maby cause u log in with the same accound on OFW and CFW ps3.... it happend to me too....
i made a new accound on CFW and go back to my OFW and put the accound on it and after 5 min i got accound ban...

Its a perm ban... you can get a console id and unban...
