Ok good, well I stated on several topics that everything went well for me for over 2 years CFW since 3.41-4.30.1, I never had a ban and was syncing trophys like twice a week

I still do own an Original PS3, there I was playing BO2 and MW3 every day.

So yesterday I played BO2, went off, and now I was going to connect on my Original PS3 again to play some BO2, but it looks like they banned me.

Getting Message : Acces to Sony Entertainement Network by this account has been banned or temporarily supsended. But still no email...

All I can say is that they banned my Account, if this is a perma ban or temp. i have no clue?

Had no chance to see if I got a Console Ban aswell, since im still on 4.30.1 and yet not spoofed to 4.40, so cant acces for now anyways


To clear things up :

--I always used PSninja0.4 and deleted the history files myself aswell with FTP

--I never played any game online on that CFW

--I never cheated on any Game, no BO2 no xp lobbys, no eboot.bin nothing

--I just synced my offline trophys and signed out immediatly

--Never used any Homebrew while online


So finally yeah they got me i guess, and everyone will get banned one day. Too bad for my 125 Platinums and all my work I spent on that Account :/

Going to edit tomorrow to tell if I am console bann aswell

im surprised you lasted this long, those "precautions" dont save you from sony.

Black Ops 2 is one game to avoid on CFW, as treyarch implemented some checks and scan your directories. Then forward em to sony.

It's because you went on Blackops 2, that game scans every console that is trying to connect to its servers not matter if its CFW or OFW. If it scans your console and its CFW its flags your system directly to Sony then thats when all the bans start kicking in. If you never played Blackops 2 I recon you would of been fine the whole time to be honest. Unlucky mate

Trying to call them tomorrow and tell them that they banned the wrong person, maybe it works since I played a lot on my OFW with that account.

Maybe it could of been one of the games you where playing offline on your CFW it may of flagged your system you never know dude. Thats unlucky because people do way more extreme activities on their CFW and they dont get banned and you do.

Samething happened to me... Though I didn't go online on my main account at all. It was a permanent banned is what Sony said. I've called them twice so far and haven't had any luck with them unbanning my main account. Both times they told me its nothing they can do about it. Its permanent.

No it came up with that message once and all you need to do is wait it out about 1 month or so hope this helped

I dont think its a temp ban for 30 days.

Since they flagged my CFW and I got Console Ban aswell

Btw anyone knows a unban method for Rebug 4.30.1 spoofed to 4.40 ?

you need to get hold of a working console ID.

and i wouldnt waste your time trying to get sony to reverse the ban, theres nothing they can do.
