you make the modded comment in notepad like SPACESPACESPACE COMMENT SPACESPACESPACE then you save it the you put it in HxD and do it

im guessing you open ur mecomment.dat with hxd then apply the values there. make sure u edit the mecomment first with notepad to find the correct line you want, 9 lines down i think,

nevertheless, hxd is the answer
