Hello!
I done this a while ago , just like a private project , and i think it will be maybe useful for you.

It's just a Console Application , you can add it in your task bar like this :

Once you launch this Console , she will attach and continue the process enough faster in debugger , once launched the app is instantly closed.
with this , you don't need to attach & continue the process in debugger manually (sometimes freeze) or open a Windows Form tool for done it.
it's not a great tool , just a very simple tool , but he'll be maybe very helpful for some guys.
NOTE: This Console don't contains the file ps3tmapi_net.dll , because i wrote a custom code for load this dll directly in his main folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\SN Systems\PS3\bin.
None problem about this.
