Not sure if anybody has noticed this but its something I've just found in Sniper Ghost Warrior 2. There are many .pak files in the game which contain many CFG files which can be edited I've just taken a look at the multiplayer.cfg which is located in engine.pak and found a few commands like g_godMode 0 and things to do with aim assist if anybody wants to check it out I've attached an original copy of the config as i haven't got the time to test them right now.
