Im link this fw to download because many pplz stock on it and ask me for a link.
Im put it on ngu for the guys they need it.

TUT
- Download the .PUP from here You must login or register to view this content.
- Rename the file from download to PS3UPDAT.PUP
- Put it on your flash drive thats ordered like this: PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP
- On XMB move to systemupdate>flash drive
- After install you are on OFW 4.46

hey is their anyway to downgrade my ps3 on a 4.21 OFW to a 3.55 firmware. its a ps3 under cech 3000 and want to downgrade it so I can jailbreak it
