(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Sadly my account was ban due to buying plats but that wont stop me at all. just would do less than before.

Understand that i highly support the sellers and it might be my fault for buying 50+ at once.

The sad part is i had 50$ in my wallet and invested alot in my account. had 140 plats.

Here are there emails;

" Thanks for your recent contact with PlayStation Support.

I can advise that your your Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account has been banned, as it has been identified as having used unauthorised circumvention devices or unauthorised pirated software in violation of the terms of both the System Software License Agreement for PlayStation 3 and the Terms of Services and User Agreement. This has been checked and verified by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. and the ban will not be lifted under any circumstances.

Should you have any further queries please contact us by return e-mail, quoting reference 2997139, where one of our team will be happy to help you"

"Thanks for your recent contact with PlayStation Support.

I regret that we are unable to provide any further assistance on this matter. As previously advised by my colleague, your Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account has been banned, as it has been identified as having used unauthorised circumvention devices or unauthorised pirated software in violation of the terms of both the System Software License Agreement for PlayStation 3 and the Terms of Services and User Agreement. This has been checked and verified by Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. and the ban will not be lifted under any circumstances.

" Thanks for your recent contact with PlayStation Support.

I can see that you would like the ban on your Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account to be reduced. Unfortunately, once a ban has been sanctioned on an account it will not be removed or reduced to a suspension.

The ban was implemented for breaking the Terms of Services and User Agreement and as such you will no longer be able to access wallet funds and downloadable content.

Should you have any further queries please contact us by return e-mail, quoting reference 2997139, where one of our team will be happy to help you"

" Thanks for your e-mail about your Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account.

I can see from your e-mail that you would like us to reconsider the ban on your account and refund you the wallet funds. The ban on your account was implemented for use of unauthorized circumvention devices or unauthorized pirated software. This is a severe breach of the terms of both the System Software License Agreement for PlayStation 3 and the Terms of Services and User Agreement. I can confirm that the ban on your account will not be removed. Furthermore, the remaining wallet funds will not be refunded back to your debit or credit card.

Please be aware that this is our final stance on the matter"

You guys think there is something else i should do?

Or should i just give up?

that is a shame uaeonly, maybe it was because the seller was using a cfw ps3 when he synced the trophies and sony detected it? that is the only explanation i can think of.

Sony can still ban you for just going online and syncing trophies... Or just going online with a cfw ps3. I've been banned on an account for just going online with one account.

This was the sellers fault.
As he didn't use enough precautions.
Your account was banned for being on cfw nothing else.
I got My Cfw's banned because I was vague.
So after trail and error I:
Replaced the hardrive.
Never have any games in GAME when syncing.
Delete Multiman and any homebrew before I sync.
I Use Spoofer,Psid Patcher and ninja and delete them before any syncing takes place.
Then after all this sign in with a dummy, then sign into whatever account I'm syncing.
The most I have done in 1 time was 75 Plats including 100%
And do a minimum of 25 Plats on any 4 accounts that I'm doing.
So I'm fairly sure it wasn't Plats what you got banned for.

The following 2 users say thank you to justeve for this useful post:
