I bought a switch from that best lag site and it's not supposed to freeze them right away. Whenever you first press the button, you freeze in place on their screen and an invisible you is free to get kills. However, if the invisible you walks in front of gunfire, you still get killed...which is pretty lame lol. Also, I have my connection on auto b/c that reconnects faster after you let go of the button.
