Following up on previous release, this weekend developer Rogero updates his CFW again which includes the toolbox for stealthman.

There is a cfw 4.41 rebug and i believe 4.41 rogero v1.04 but just because you see a version that close to the ofw version it does not mean you can install it on your ps3. There will be no jailbreak for any recent versions of sonys ofw because its not possible. Your only chance is by e3 flasher to downgrade you to 3.55.

why i cant update this over 4.41 rogero ?
when i go to update via usb it says no file found
note: i made ps3 folder then inside it update folder

Is the usb formatted to FAT32?
Is the folder structure: PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP (all in uppercase letters)
Have you tried to update through SAFE mode?
