(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); This Simple Tutorial Will block the connection of any RTM tool so if they do retrieve any information from your PS3 it wont be able to send it anywhere . Ex. Console Id

1: Open Your Firewall

2: On the left side of the application you should see Inbound Rules and Outbound Rules click Outbound Rule

3: Now on the right side it should say New Rule Click it , New Outbound Rule Wizard should pop up, Make sure Program is selected then click next

4: After you click next Make sure the second option it selected (This Program Path) then click browse Now search and look wherever you saved the RTM application, Click it then click ok then click Next .

5: After you clicked Next you should see 3 different actions; Make sure Block The Connection is selected then click Next

6: Then it should Say When Does This Rule Apply Make sure All 3 options are selected Then click Next

7: The last step it to Name it ( I prefer naming it the same as the tool so you know you blocked it) Then click Finish And your all set to go .

Hope This Helped !!!

No it wouldnt thats why its outbound Rule , Outbound means the information the tool is sending out to wherever it goes so you blocking it doesnt send it anywhere

No once you Finish, It stays like that forever until you delete the rule you just made to block the connection of that tool. Everytime you use the tool Firewall knows to block the connection so it doesnt send anything out (console ids..).
