can you explain a little better I don't understand this.

You can't change it the ps3 will never read unicode...well atleast right now it doesn't and you can't convert ANSI to unicode well you can but only on PC. From what i know right now the PS3 only reads ANSI.

I doubt it, PS3 might have a different code thingy language for every single bit.
