1.) Go to System Setting > System Language
2.) Choose the first Chinese/Japanese Language that kk

3.) Go to your comment bar, and go to the first yellow box (Its shown in the red below), and then click the 2 character which should look like a period (.), then you will see to the right on the on-screen keyboard, symbols that you can choose.
