Post: Noob needs help. How do i install DEX from a fresh ps3?

Can’t trickshot me!
But i just have some questions what do i need to install DEX firmware and ps3ita?
Do i need to have the right version?
Do i need anything before i install dex do i first need CFW then install dex or can i just put a dex file into the usb and install it on my ps3?
Can i go online without getting banned?
Would appreciate if you could help a noob in need.
