You may be one of those people that wants a game for free on your Custom Firmware PS3 (also known, but not correct, as a jailbreak), like I was.
This is pretty easy, and I'll help you out.

Requirements:
1. Custom Firmware PS3
2. A computer of some sort (Laptop/Desktop Mac/Windows/etc)
3. A USB that's bigger than the game you want (alternatively you can FTP. Will show you how below)
4. Internet
5. The game download (torrent probably) or game disk borrowed from someone
6. You must login or register to view this content.
7. BitTorrent Client (see step 1)
8. MultiMAN

Lets get started.

Step 1. First of all, find a download for the game you want. (If you borrowed someones game, skip this next part and on to the one following it.)
Do to this, you'll need to download the game from a torrent site. (Normal downloads won't carry games any bigger than a gigabit)
First, download uTorrent, or a different torrent client (or bit client). For this tutorial, I'll be using uTorrent.
You must login or register to view this content.

Secondly, go on You must login or register to view this content. (a torrent search engine)
and search the game you want, and make sure you put PS3 behind (or in front) of it.
You must login or register to view this content.

You should get a list of results.
You must login or register to view this content.

Click the result that reads suitable to you.
Once clicked, you'll see a list of sites that carry that torrent.
You must login or register to view this content.

Click a site that you trust. (For instance, I trust The Pirate Bay, & KickAssTorrents the most.)

You'll be brought to the page that holds the torrent. (I clicked KickAssTorrents (kickass.to or katmirror.com)
You must login or register to view this content.
Enjoy the ads, as Torrent sites are packed with Nudity (barely blurred) advertisements.
An adblocker may be able to remove these if that's your wish.

Press the Download Torrent button (NOT THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON)
You must login or register to view this content.
This (99% of the time) will download in .rar format, which is where WinRAR comes into play.
You don't need to open WinRAR, it will open itself when the file is done.

This will start a download into uTorrent (the bit client you downloaded earlier).
Once finished, double click the folder torrent. (can't provide pictures, but click the file that finished downloading)
It will open it up in WinRAR. It should show a list of folders/files that are in the .rar
The first folder should say the region code followed by the game name.
This is the file you'll need, make sure you open up that folder to make sure there isn't any missing files (like only folders) inside.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When you receive your game you want from your friend (to borrow), simply just insert it into your CFW.
Next, go into MultiMAN on your Playstation 3, and go to the Game category in the XMB. You should see the game you have in, it will say "DISK" under it.
Press Triangle, and scroll down to "Copy". It will ask you if you want to copy to your HDD (harddrive). Select yes.
It will then proceed to copy to your harddrive. Once finished, either your game is able to play, or when attempted, it will freeze your PS3.
Everytime you want to play this game that is now on your HDD, you must go into MultiMAN (make sure you're not signed in on PSN) and press X on that game, it will then read the disk you have in as that game, and redirect you back to the XMB.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TO PLAY THE GAME, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A RANDOM DISK IN YOUR PS3, SO IT MAKES THE PS3 THINK ITS OFF THE DISK WHEN IT REALLY ISN'T!
If your PS3 is freezing after every attempt to play the game that's now on your HDD. Then go back into MultiMAN, and hover over the game that you downloaded to your HDD. Press Square, and on the left side, enable "Internal" & "BD Mirror", then try again. Should work now.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 2. If you managed to download a game that's under the size of your USB, all you have to do is put it onto your USB root, and plug in your USB to your PS3.
After that, go into MultiMAN, and select FileManager, then find "dev_hdd0" and "dev_usb/000" or "dev_usb/001" (or whatever slot you put your USB in) which is located under PS3 Root
Open two tabs up of those two. On the hdd0 tab, scroll down to "GAMES" (not game), and then on your usb tab, hover over the game folder (with the region code), and press O, then select Copy. Go back to the hdd0 tab, and press O anywhere, and press Paste. When it's done, you now have that game on your PS3. If you're having troubles playing it, consider the above text that states what to do in MultiMAN. After that, if the problem persists, then contact me and I will help you.

If you didn't get yourself a hold of a USB that's bigger than the game you downloaded (or vice versa), then you'll need to FTP it over to your PS3.
To do this, you'll need to download You must login or register to view this content..
Once finished, open it up, and type in your PS3's IP Address. By the way, you probably have to have a wired connection for this, so just plug your PS3 into your router/modem for the time being with an ethernet cable and change the network settings. YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TO DO THAT I DONT KNOW
To find your PS3's IP, go into Network Settings, and then Network Status, it should show it there.
You now have access to all your Playstations files.
Follow the above text to find out how to put the game onto your PS3, but instead of using MultiMAN, you're using FileZilla, and it's layed out differently, without tabs.

Step 3. You should now be able to enjoy the luxury of playing any Playstation 3 game you want, remember the BD Mirror and Internal switches if it freezes.

Any problems or questions, contact me.

Enjoy.
