Im new to this site and i need some help my ps3 is on 4.50 and the system has been banned its on CECH-2503B, will i be able to downgrade this and unbann using a E3 flasher and also where can i purchase a E3 flasher and Estata system from and how much for also is it hard to do ? any help will be appreciated thanks ,

SO, you're banned while using the a non-jailbroken ps3? Meaning you running on OFW?
Yeah, in order to get back online you need a valid consoleID. Unfortunately, we cannot discuss on how to get on this forum it is again the rules.
Also, you need to find out if you cech25XX can be downgraded some of these are a 50/50 chance.

The e3 flasher can run you about $80-100 dollars
You do not need the esata station BTW if you follow my video
when you are jailbroken, you need to install PSNpatch to change your ID and get back online
