I think that's just your ps3 that you did it too, don't think it's the psn that you hacked, cause i would of seen it there also. Pretty sure your the only one that can see it, cause i sure can't.

It's probably a Proxy mod, I used to do this in HOME, You could change the posters of home with PROXY. If it's not that then there must be a feature that lets you put icons like that.

It most likely just uses a custom file or a proxy redirect--similar to the old PlayStation Home theater/poster 'hacks'.


EDIT:
Example:
