What Is happens here?
You turned your xmb to ofw mode using sen enabler just follow the steps I provided you it will solve your problem

FIX!
Install new version of sen enabler than turn it on and hold L2
for 5 seconds than click X and Than Select it will restart and you will get
install package section back!

my install package files and app ps3home is gone.i used sen enabler(GT Academy 2013) 3weeks ago and my files was misssing.if i start it again it will have a black screen and my ps3 makes a beep noise.after that it will bring me back to the xmb. can you help me pls to get my folders back?? im still on cfw and can use all my homebrew app. my cfw is rogero 4.50 v1.01

thank you so much, I had my suspicions that it was SEN enabler all along!!

My PS3 doesn't have the "Update via storage media" option, it directly makes me download via internet.

Re-install same CFW firmware & yeah definitely for you '☆ Install Package Files' option will be back... Unless that is you accidentally updated to OFW

Reinstall your CFW then install ITA Manager and install package files through there.
