You need a CFW for that.

Not the kind your thinking. Take GameStop for example. The manager there wants to display a demo game but doesn't have two things...the game itself, our the time to download it. That's where the pkg part comes in, this isn't the cfw pkg this is where the game developers used the 4.55 keys to make a quick access update door the demo consoles. At least that is how I understand it at least and I may be wrong.
