It can be true, but a good downgrader takes 45 minutes+ a console. Changing thermal paste, getting multiple valid dumps, cleaning the console and fitting all the screws. Your console was most likely on 3.55 or below.

Nah it sounds like bull. Takes me at least an hour.

there is no way you can get the console apart that fast and install the e3 in 10 minutes... it takes 10 minutes just for the e3 to flash back the patched backup
