I relized I couldnt RTM on it so I wanted to go back to rebug, that did not work, I could not downgrade the firmware at all so I finally found the solution, HABIB 999 Downgrader. Tutorial (Pretty straight forward)
1. Go to recovery mode
2. Unrar the file above and put PS3UPDAT.PUP in (/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP)
3. Install it in recovery mods
4. When your ps3 reboots, your going to be on 3.55 but the syscon version says 9.99, to fix this, were going to download the rebug toggle qa pkg and install it - You must login or register to view this content. from (rebugs website)
5. Run the pkg from the xmb, if it is successful you will hear 2-3 beeps then it will kick you to xmb.
6. Go to settings, hover over network settings, press these buttons L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Dpag_down + L3 (Push left stick in)
7. Go to debug settings, turn debug update on.
8. Go to recovery and install OFW 3.55
10. Your now on 3.55 ofw, install any CFW you please from the xmb.
11. Profit??????
