Ignore and handle codes
or
Install and use crack DevComponents DevComponents2 :/
and enter Safe Mode with Windows 7 network

(Compiled in Security Mode then lock some features in source, but it is simple to solve it in the google search: D)

I have the full version of DevComponents.
I'm on windows 8.1 not 7
And I see the program.cs file is empty. You'll have to redo the project file.

I can fix anything with a project issue just not this one since it's missing like 10 things from you
