I have the full version of DevComponents.
I'm on windows 8.1 not 7
And I see the program.cs file is empty. You'll have to redo the project file.
I can fix anything with a project issue just not this one since it's missing like 10 things from you

Ok, I'll remove the source of the topic but here I have compiled all ok
