Here is a TuTorial how you do Connect rtm tool.

Step 1: Download the CCAPI 2.50
Step 2: Copy the XX0,,,Enstone..
Step 3: Copy in the USB stick.
Step 4: Put in your ps3
Step 5: Install the enstone.pkg
Step 6: open the program and reboot your ps3 with program.
Step 7: Your ps3 is restarting.
Step 8: Go to system settings and check your IP for ps3.
Step 9: Go to laptop and open the CCAPI console
Step 10: Open file and type your ip from your Systemsettings
Step 11: press ok and type now your Name for connecting
Step 12: You press .ok. and you see left Your - /Name/IP/
Press right and connect you can do RTM TOOL.

OK I RECENTLY installed ccapi 2.60 rev 4, and i bought the LTS TOOL for gta 5, it wont connect to ccapi though. it says : If you are on CCAPI 2.60, remove the CCAPI.dll from this folder, and just copy the PS3Lib.dll from PS3Lib Version 2.60, and replace it in
the main folder where Last Team Standing.exe is. Any issues message us on nextgenupdate, i dont know how to do this
