Extract the files, then double click on "YABStart.bat", you should see a quick CMD box pop up and close almost instantly, once that is done go to CMD, type in "ipconfig".

My IPv4 Address is 192.168.0.100, yours may be different, but that is the number we're looking for.

Now go on to your PS3, go to network settings, custom, keep going until you hit Proxy settings, type in your IPv4 Address, and change the port to 27.

You should be able to log onto PSN now. Smile

For people having issues using ipconfig on Win8:

Open CMD, type 
    cd c:\windows\system32
and then use ipconfig.

I prefer something more ''official'' to use than that.. This is just bypassing you not actually spoofing you (i'm on CEX 4.50 Rogero spoofed to 4.55)

For those who doesn't know what this .bat and all are doing, i looked into it quickly.
Looks like its just setting some DNS on your computer, then i guess you may set up your PS3 to use your computer as a proxy or something, cause the DNS that were entered into it are redirecting a lot of playstation's websites to something else to maybe bypass some verifications. Just saying. If im wrong, sorry, didn't have much time to check it all lines by lines, just thrown a quick eye into it.

I was playing gta online without freezing last night, there was a hotfix released for. 1.14 yesterday make sure you've installed it properly.

most firmwares have been spoofed to 4.60 already, look around on the forums for the one that fits you. I'm on Rebug 4.46 REX and already spoofed up and good to go and we were pretty much the last ones to get spoofed if I remember correctly
