first wrong section second you need a spoofer. If u dont no what a spoofer is it basically just tricks your ps3 into thinking its on 4.60. The download is: You must login or register to view this content. to install it you need to put the pkg onto the root of your usb and then into ur ps3. i dont know if u need to but just incase put it into the first usb slot on your ps3. once its in go to install package files and download the package. Then there should be a app installed onto your ps3 tht u havent seen there before. Open tht and it will ask you to spoof just hit yes for everything tht pops up and it should restart your ps3 and you should be on 4.60 enjoy.
