1. The PS3 was programmed to reject all incoming connections, with or without a proxy server.
2. You can not expect to run an unrecognized disc with "modded" files, aka CFW. Must be done through XMB or Recovery Menu.
3. Sony doesn't "block" the pkg. The PS3 rejects it, if the pkg hasn't been signed. You wouldn't be able to get install PKG files on OFW anyway unless you convert to Kiosk.
4. Jailbreaking on OFW 3.56+ is impossible. Never will be done. Sony added a ECDSA algorithm, which is basically impossible to crack, unless you have the $$$, the knowledge, the time, and about 5,000 super computers. You're like the hundred millionth person to state/ask this.
5. No offense, but you shouldn't be in this forum section if you don't know this stuff. :|

Man, look. Nothing is impossible, but you won't be able to do this, honestly. Seriously, you'd have a better time making a 4.60 (I think that's the latest firmware?) jailbreak before you can accomplish that.
