1.Go on multiMan and go to settings then go to bottom and find and enable write access to dev
2.Go to multiMan File Manger and open your USB > dev_usb000
3.find the folder called PS3~dev_blind.zip and double click
4. it will promt you saying do you want to overwrite the files click yes
5.REBOOT your ps3 and your done

Hmm weird. Try it again. make sure dev_blind is enabled. then double click the .zip. When it says do you want to extract to dev_blind click yes . Then do it again . Double click and it will ask again . Do you want to extract, click yes again, Then Restart your PS3 From MM.

Just did that. Don't know if it matters, but when I click "Restart PS3" in MM is just closes MM and doesn't restart my PS3. I have to restart it myself. But yeah, I was already pretty much doing what you said. It still doesn't work. I refuse to downgrade to Rebug.
