1.Go on multiMan and go to settings then go to bottom and find and enable write access to dev
2.Go to multiMan File Manger and open your USB > dev_usb000
3.find the folder called PS3~dev_blind.zip and double click
4. it will promt you saying do you want to overwrite the files click yes
5.REBOOT your ps3 and your done

For those of you who are having an issue not seeing the "Write Access to /dev_flash" option on Multiman settings make sure to push Triangle on your control & click the Advanced settings. Now look for the option again & if it's not there with the Advanced settings then download the 4.53 CEXBASE version of Multiman.

I installed the spoof from Multiman CEX 4.53 & then I exited Multiman. Then I went to System settings on PS3 XMB & thats when I got the RSOD, I just clicked the power button on my PS3 & everything went good.
I havent got the RSOD after the 1st one & I'm on 4.55 with 4.60 spoof.
