1.Go on multiMan and go to settings then go to bottom and find and enable write access to dev

2.Go to multiMan File Manger and open your USB > dev_usb000

3.find the folder called PS3~dev_blind.zip and double click

4. it will promt you saying do you want to overwrite the files click yes

5.REBOOT your ps3 and your done

My console seems to boot up, you know, the usual blue and grewn lights then I give it about 15 seconds and I get blue and red lights? No input to tv or anything? Please help.

Just install the same firmware you're on through recovery mode.

I'm still unable to do it, when i get to the part where i double click, once i hit yes the installing screen thing comes up, but only for half a second then dissappears, i restart my ps3 and i can't get online.. what's happening?
