Things you will Need
1.PS3 .PKG Extractor (You must login or register to view this content.) Think its a virus? Sandbox it (You must login or register to view this content.)
2. The games Update you want (You must login or register to view this content.)
1. First download the games update you want from the tutorial i linked up above, and open up PKG Toolkit GUI.
2. Click Browse and find the downloaded Update. Then hit Build. The program may freeze here but thats because its extracting the .pkg
3. Once its down go to the directory where you have the PKG folder at, and look inside it, you should now have a new folder with the games region code and all the clean files from that update
