(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello Guys,

Most of you should know you can damage your console, yesterday i had one, i was finally able to fix it and i wanna share it, cause it could help maybe YOU to fix ur ps3 once.
If you ever had a problem cause of SPRX, just post it here. Post your Code you have executed + how you fixed it maybe.
I had once a Red Screen of Death, i dont know why anymore but it wasnt a big code to damage a ps3.

Yesterday, i tried to setup my Plugin for PS3 with this simple things

What i did?
The Plugin didnt had any errors which should break the PS3, i quitted the Game (MW3) and my ps3 freezed, i wasnt able to boot up again. I tried like everything, i wasnt able to install a new FW via Recovery, but atleast Recovery Menu worked. I tried all options, and the 5. (restore ps3 system) did the trick. I have to setup my ps3 again, but better then to break it tears

I'll hope this thread will help in the future, and if you had something similar, post it and i will add it here, this will help out the Developers to prevent from any further problems!

well i wont be touching SPRX fuck this lol

Sebb why are you risking your consoles and others to use better modz i know its a better method for menus but is it worth it>?

if a true CFW 4.60 came out i would not care because the system is cracked once again..

i buy new ps3 Super Slim On CFW would be nice..

And please guys...

If you haven't any clue about SPRX or no C++ knowledge PLEASE don't do that!
You will brick your Console!
Maybe there are some errors which can get resolved, but not all!

Your code will be executed by the System Console, NOT in the In-Game Compile Console like RTM in Games...
InfinityWard etc. have provided a little "Compiler" (In my opinion), that will catch the errors.

So please guys be smart Smile
Only do it, if you know what are you doing.

Just want to say that...

next time this happens i would try re installing the firmware in recovery menu, this should hopefully do the trick and you wont have to lose any data.

i did this before when i bricked my console, it worked like a charm.

also i just noticed in the code you put sys_timer_sleep(10); should it not be sys_timer_usleep(10); ?
im quite intrigued to see what part of the code bricked your console.

How i said, pressing on the option System Update via Recovery just freezed my console. And usleep = milliseconds; timer_sleep = seconds :p
