This is a step by step tutorial for Developing plugins (.sprx) for playstation.

So to sound like a 100% noob, is there ANYWAY to get the sdk to work with 2013? I really don't feel installed 2010 when I already have 2013 installed lol

No need to say you sound like a noob, this is new to the community and not a lot of people know about it... Winky Winky
I'm still learning myself... We all are.

But you NEED to have VS2010 installed in order to install the VS Integration for project files... This isn't needed however, you can just open a pre-made project in VS2013 if you already have the SDK installed... and use it as a "Template".

Okay, I'll link my pastebin...
Well, i essentially just put the magnet link in my pastebin, which in my opinion its already out there, so the damage is already done... I just made it more easier to obtain is all.

Is there a different SDK aside from the on inside Prodg?
Or is it the same

Their isn't an SDK inside of ProDG, ProDG is inside of the SDK. SDK is the full Development kit for playstation, including the files for debugging (ProDG Target Manager & ProDG Debugger). As for a different SDK, i don't really understand, their is different versions, yes, but i would stick with v3.60 by JoHNAaRoN.
