(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello everyone! today i am going to tell you how to get a modded Ps3 comment WITHOUT a Jailbreaken Ps3. I will be telling this Step by Step. (Sadly, not in a video ) So lets get started! (WARNING: Thiws will delete all your Save Data files) (You will need a PC, and a USB)

STEPS

1: What you are going to do first is get the Modded Comment: You must login or register to view this content. Also, WinRAR: You must login or register to view this content.

2: You are going to plug in your USB stick into your computer.

3: You want to open The winRAR file and you will seea zip file called "PS3". You want to open up your USB and drag the PS3 file into the root of your USB.

4: Then Eject your USB and take it out of your computer and plug it into your PS3. (RIGHT SIDE!)

5: Once you are at your PS3 you want to do the following: Settings>Backup Utility>Restore>Yes>USB Device>Backup>OK>Yes

6: After you do that you are going to have to wait through a loading screen, and then the screen will go black. DO NOT turn of PS3. It will then guide you through a Backup process which is common sense. It will be done when it brings up the user select screen.

7: It should have created new user(s) at the bottom of your users. It will have a * in front of it/them. If there are 2, go into 1 and if it dosent work try the second one. if you only have 1, just go into it. You then want to sign up. Sign in with your account. (It may say that that user is already on the PS3, which you will then have to delete it which is fine.) You should then have a Modded Comment saying hosting CL and a youtube.

8: You have now got a modded comment! If you want to change/edit it, do the following steps for it:

1: Press Triangle on your Profile and press comment. Then open up your comment. Then there should be a Down arrow.

2: Now you are going to want to press 1 random letter. Then press Square once, Then press it again. Then just press a random letter about 5 times. then press Start, and Start again to save it.

3: Just keep doing that until you have got a lot of letters and you can then put what ever you want!

How to make it double layered:

1: What you are going to do is go to your profile, and press Triangle and press comment. You are going to do what i said on how to edit it enough time until you see your text below the bar. Then, press on the bar and press a random letter. Then, delete all the letters but do NOT press Square after you deleted all the letters. Then just put whatever you want!(Not to big) then press start twice and open back up the comment and hold L1 until you see a green line blink. Then just type in something!(If it deletes some of your letters when you press Start, then just delete some of the bottom layer letters by going back and going back in and pressing a random letter and deleting some of your letters)

So that is how to get a modded comment without a JailBreak! I hope it works for you guys! I tried my hardest to make it as reasonable as possible! so have fun with it!
