This is what you have to do!
1) Copy all the ".edat" files in a folder of your USB device and connect it to ps3
2) Go to MultiMAN, then enter to file manager mode ( start + select ) and navigate in :
dev_hdd0/home/0000000X , then create a folder called " psn_avatar " and past there the files
3) Access to PSN, go to account management and enjoy your new Avatars!

This has 2,626 working avatars! Do this at your own risk! I'm not responsible for ban, problems with account, thermonuclear war or something like that. You should be safe but as we know Sony is unpredictable .. I'm using these by long time and I'm safe, they are just some avatars

yeah lol but its awesome to get over $700 worth of avatars for free, i wouldnt mind the loading

Yes, but when Dark Nacho finishes his avatar viewer, I can upload each avatar to my site for easy choosing, or they can download all 1400+ of yours as well. :p I hate the load time, so it'd be the perfect solution. Same with the trophy folders, lol.

i'd continue to add stuff like that but i dont play on console anymore and trophies, avatars, etc arent a use to me anymore, but thats really good for the people who want to use it
can have any username you want

I was actually about to ask if there was a viewer for the .edat files as I couldn't find one online. I mainly like the anime avatars so I wanted to find the best ones of my pc to use on PS3.

As of now, the only avatar viewer is in beta, because it involves decrypting the edat file with trueancestor and then important the file to view the image. Not too efficient, as you can see.
