I'm mostly just interested in getting into the MP tutorial which is completely offline, but hidden behind the Multiplayer "gate" as it were. Selecting MP prompts you to log in to PSN and if you cancel it, it boots you back to the main menu.
This is mostly to compliment the save editor I created. I've mapped out all the item IDs for the single player equipment and my understanding is that the MP stuff was originally intended to be used in SP but scrapped in development. If I could get into the MP tutorial I could see how the character is equipped there and try to duplicate it in SP.
So back to my point, is anybody familiar with any way to either trick a game into thinking it's connected to PSN when it is not, or to modify the code that exits to the main menu so that it just loads the MP tutorial anyway?
No actual data should need to be transferred to/from PSN for this to work (in theory).
