Steps to Install
Step 1.) Download the 4.60 ITA PS3UPDAT.PUP
Step 2.) Downgrade to 3.55
Step 3.) Put the 4.60 ITA PS3UPDAT.PUP on your USB
Step 4.) Update to 4.60 ITA DEX!

Sorry for the groan, but this needs further testing. You shouldn't have people install this if it hasn't been tested on all models of the Playstation 3.
