Best thanks for your response, but I have 4:55 rogero cfw CEX and I start that tool and click on connect and attact but it appears error, value limits ??

Have you installed Control Console API onto your PS3? If not, you're going to need to do so in order to Real Time Mod/Edit on CEX. Also, I would recommend downgrading back to 3.55, then updating to a better firmware like Rebug or you can switch over to DEX and come to ITA..
