Hey, guys! How are things? Good? Well I hope so, because today Complexity is bringing you guys with Naruto Storm 3 Full Burst offsets for RTM. We through tons of freezes and experiments to bring you guys this so we hope you enjoy them! (For those asking for these offsets)

WARNING: Before you read any of this, please make sure you play at least one round of Story mode or free battle. If you ignore this warning, you will freeze everytime you want to attach process.

Battle Points, Rank, Ryo, and battle record:

Go to offset 0x01553F4A, you'll see a long line that has your BP, ryo, and Win/Loss ratio, and even your ninja info card! Lets start off with the ninja info card. You see the 01 57 highlighted for you?

That is your ninja info card. In hex, the decimal for 01 57 is 343. So you have ninja info card No. 343; cool huh? Also, there are 1000 ninja info cards in total, so please do not go over that number amount in hex or you will freeze everytime you attach process to the game!



For Ryo:

On that same offset, you'll see your Ryo right before your ninja card info! Now then, my Ryo amount is set at MAX which is 9999999. In hex, that amount would be 98 96 7F. You can see that here:

See that spot I highlighted for you? That's the ryo location! Remember, do not make it go over 9999999 or you will freeze each time you attach your process to the game.


For Win/a Loss Ratio for Player Match:

On the same offset, you will see your Player Match Win/Loss ratio. Now, if you have previously played player match then finding it will be easier for you. If not, then you'll have to hope you hit the right 00 haha. Alright then, I have 1# Draws, 252# Wins, and 1# Loss.

The area highlighted is the place your Player Match Win/Loss ratio is located. Please make sure to change it to a reasonable amount and nothing very high or else you will freeze a lot; this game is very strict on your registry to their servers.


For Ranked Match Win/Loss Ratio:

On that same offset, that's where you'll see your Win/Loss ratio in hex of Ranked Matches. Mine is 6 draws, 53,167 wins, and 5 losses. Look at the picture below and look at the highlighted spot. That's where it is!

Frame Rate offset area:

Now we will be moving on to a command found in the EBOOT known as ccDevFrame. This is nothing new, all it's for is to speed up the games FPS (frames per second) to test things in campaign mode. Go to offset 0x0162F263 and you'll see something similar to what I highlighted.

You see that 01 there? Turn it into 02 to decrease frames, and turn it into 00 to have higher frames which causes no lag. (Makes you wonder why the devs didn't put in no lag :/


Health, Chakra, Substitution, and items:


This is tricky and it only has use for playing offline as playing with this online will only disconnect you from the match deeming it useless. Assuming you have Netcheat downloaded, open it up, and do exactly as shown below.

You'll get a few results so keep searching and tinkering with the results you come up with and you'll eventually come across either you opponents gauges or your gauges. Either way, you'll earn an advantage on the fight. The items chakra, and substitution are right near those once you find them as well.


ALSO, this game is sort of similar to Naruto Revolution and every single storm game available.
Although the Frame rate offset for Naruto Storm 3 Full burst is not carried over onto Naruto Storm Revolution, enjoy anyways
