1. On your ps3 open up Rebug ToolBox, once loaded up 'Connect to FileZilla'.
2. Navigate to /dev_rebug
3. Then go to 'vsh'
4. Click on the resource folder
5. Then find the folder called "gql"
6. You will see a file called 'lines.qrc'
"NOTE" - DO NOT DELETED THE FILE [IT WILL BRICK YOUR PS3] Just replace it.
7. Replace the files with any custom wave that you like .
8. Quit Rebug Toolbox
9. Done!

NOTE - If you want to change the wave, just repeat the steps.

you should add that not all waves will work on your firmware and if it soft bricks just reinstall your firmware . good thread though!
