I still password on my ps3 (I know the amount of characters it is) so I can still sign in on my ps3. But I'm wondering if there's any method to get my password or DoB back? I've already tried PSNBirthdayRecover12 and that didn't work.

Sticky?

Have an account with the password saved but, cant remember what the hell it is?

I had just figured this out and It's really simple. I haven't seen it anywhere and thought I'd post it as it might help someone out.

Requirements:
- Multiman ( or FTP Server for ps3 cfw )
- Filezilla or equivalent FTP client for your computer
- CFW Ps3 ( I had theory you could maybe datatransfer to your cfw however, I think it erases saved passwords so it wont work )
Also you will need an account on the ps3 that has [x] Remember Password checked... as this stores it in a non-encrypted text in a file in your ps3

What to Do:
Ok, its pretty Simple:
Open multiman on ps3, and Filezilla on your computer, Connect them up, Then go to this directory in your ps3: /dev_flash2/etc/xRegistry.sys

Copy it to your desktop or just click View/Edit in Filezilla

Open the xRegistry.sys file with a Simple Text Editor like notepad.exe

To find the password might take a little looking but it will not be to hard.
If you had a rough idea of what the password was and/or the account email ( Easy to find because it shows when you go to sign in... ) Press Ctrl+F in notepad to Search or you can just scroll through the file You will eventualy see some account emails that are on the CFW ps3.
Close by that text Is the password associated with the account in plain text next to some other foreign characters.
