After create the "New" Folder before create game folder create dev_hdd0 folder !
Like this : New/dev_hdd0/game/BLES00683/USRDIR/patch_mp.ff because already doesn't work !!

He's not saying you can run the homebrew he said you can have more patched for a game if you do something with multiman

Multiman is homebrew so if your running multiman your running homebrew and as far as i know thats not possible.

I think he means that if you replace MM EBOOT with the MW2 one it will boot MW2. That way you can have 2 patches. I am really not sure though.
