in To PSN Network Servers with a CFW ps3.iT was 4:00am When i First Started Experiencing
issues Signing in To Psn.Eatch Time i Sign in i Kept Getting Error '80710a06'. First Thing i Did was Check My Internet Connection
Making sure Everything was Connected Right! i Reset My Modem+Router And Turn Off My PS3 Wishing This '80710a06'
Error will Go away ,But i FAIL.THE '80710a06' ERROR WAS STILL THERE AND WONT GO AWAY. SO ,
i went and Got on my OFW Ps3 [Updated to 4.66 ] and Boom i Sign in No Issues At all
"So is not the internet connection i thought" Then i Went and Got On My
Habib 4.66 CFW and BAM Signed in No Issues AGAIN.
Did a Little More Diggin At This Issue That Night And Came With The Conclution That SONY Has Officially Patched

We only found a way to make a true spoof to fw 4.70!
The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9_r2).

STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then

ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To '

This new version has support again for Rebug files (swp, nrm, cexsp and dexsp), it has been deleted long time ago and now is back. When SEN Enabler enables/disables PSN/SEN access will spoof Rebug files too, replacing any other spoof if exists, as you can see this only works on Rebug CFWs.

STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To '
ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To '
ebug Settings' and click X,Then ScrollDown To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.

1 swap lv2 cex. 2 set normal. 3 cex qa. 4 leave corba on! 4 1/2 if your scared of bricking just turn Cobra off.. 5 use the spoffer from post #8. Do not use irish man. 6 install spoffer 7. Sing into psn!! There are no problems on rebug 4.65.2 dex.. 8 when you want to use rebug mode again. Go to spoffer. Then backup before spoffer.. Go back to lv2 dex. And dex qa works only off line.. There no need for irish man.. I played gta 5 for 3 hours with a hole lobby of people!!! Follow everything i just said on -dex- rebug and iv been playing my ps3 all day with no errors.. And without Irish man. I can run iso, backups. And disk just run.. Online and off.. I was hosting lobbys and modding.. No freezing!

iT Seems That You Can Still Sign in Online With Rebug 4.4x and 4.6x and Ps3 iTa 4.xx.To Sign Back Online Follow steps.
STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To 'ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.
STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To 'ebug Settings' and click X,Then Scroll
Down To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.

Ummm try going into Irisman and restoring cid & psid exiting after to the xmb then try signing in again!
If that hasn't worked i would think about getting yourself a new cid

Also what CFW were you on? because that "spoofer" isn't a "spoofer" it's habib's .vsh file modified.

Yeah that .vsh file was for habib (CEX) not (DEX) from my understanding you have bricked the console through maybe trying to update on xmb while having that .vsh still active...I'm not sure but as you describe it could be bricked.
Have you tried booting it in recovery and try to downgrade back to 3.55 using "999" or a 3.55 DEX Downgrader....Its that .vsh file that's fucked you over tbh i think... Hope this will help i know that pain when your console is in that state.
If the console has bricked try get a dump using a E3 Flasher, If its a soft-brick consider yourself lucky buddy,
(I also had a soft-brick when trying to start a game) I just restarted my ps3 as it stated too and i was fine but then i uninstalled that "spoofer" instantly! Lol.
As I've said i'm no expert when it comes to this but giving it my best to help...
