02/18/2015 Was a Date that change the way Most of us (the Modding community) sign
in To PSN Network Servers with a CFW ps3.iT was 4:00am When i First Started Experiencing
issues Signing in To Psn.Eatch Time i Sign in i Kept Getting Error '80710a06'. First Thing i Did was Check My Internet Connection
Making sure Everything was Connected Right! i Reset My Modem+Router And Turn Off My PS3 Wishing This '80710a06'
Error will Go away ,But i FAIL.THE '80710a06' ERROR WAS STILL THERE AND WONT GO AWAY. SO ,
i went and Got on my OFW Ps3 [Updated to 4.66 ] and Boom i Sign in No Issues At all
"So is not the internet connection i thought" Then i Went and Got On My
Habib 4.66 CFW and BAM Signed in No Issues AGAIN.
Did a Little More Diggin At This Issue That Night And Came With The Conclution That SONY Has Officially Patched

We only found a way to make a true spoof to fw 4.70!
The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9_r2).

STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then

ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To '

This new version has support again for Rebug files (swp, nrm, cexsp and dexsp), it has been deleted long time ago and now is back. When SEN Enabler enables/disables PSN/SEN access will spoof Rebug files too, replacing any other spoof if exists, as you can see this only works on Rebug CFWs.

Just tired 3 user names. One was bran new all banned.. In webman I was playing with the changed IDPS AND PSID IN LV2 at start up.. I changed them both.. With a Brand new account made from computer.. Last night my zzzmods7 was fine.. But after I changed shit I'm getting a BANNED error.. And on the computer I tried to sing into PSN with my zzzmods7. Said your account is suspended.. On ps3 the account is suspended or banned...

The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9).
Installation is very simple:
- Download CFW Setup v4.9.9 from here:

STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To '
ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To '
ebug Settings' and click X,Then ScrollDown To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.
PS3 ITA STEPS:
You can do that too on CFW ps3ita..
- Start Cfw Setup v4

STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To 'ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.
STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To 'ebug Settings' and click X,Then Scroll
Down To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.
PS3 ITA STEPS:

The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9).
Installation is very simple:
- Download CFW Setup v4.9.9 from here:

2 - Install PKG "Spoof466v2_BYdjBr" install irisman v3.43 via usb,
3 -Make sure you have disabled the old fix for psn.. go into debug settings change 'Nav-only Np' back to off .
4- Go into REBUG TOOLBOX and turn CEX QA TO DEX . and DISABLE COBRA MODE then turn off your system. (POWER OFF)
5- After you power on your system your going to open up PS3SPOOFER AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CLICK X TO SPOOF FROM 4.65 TO 4.66 THEN CLICK YES TO ALL . Also install the IRISMAN FILE,
6- Now click X on IrisMan to open, and follow instructions when you get to the screen where you see you games on your hdd ,Press START go into tools go to spoof console id, then go to RESTORE PS3ID AND CONSOL ID. WHEN THAT IS COMPLETE PRESS O TO GO BACK TO GAMES MENU AND SCROLL THE GAME YOU WISH TO PLAY ONLINE. PRESS X ON THE GAME, IT WILL LOAD BACK TO XMB SCREEN , WITH THE GAME DISC SHOWING. Sony has released a new firmware update for the PlayStation 3. The PS3 Firmware Update 4.70 brings one major change; Firmware 4.70 introduces a new PlayStation Network logo. The new PSN LOGO looks much cleaner and more attractive than the logo that it has replaced.
Here's the official patch notes for the PS3 4.70 firmware update:
Closed Captions are now supported for the Playback of Blu-Ray Disc titles and DVDs.
The style used for for closed captions, such as the font, size and color, can now be adjusted.

We only found a way to make a true spoof to fw 4.70!
The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9).
Installation is very simple:
- Download CFW Setup v4.9.9 from here:
- Install it on your PS3
- Run it
- Select the option ”Install Spoof 4.70″
- Wait the restart of console
- Enjoy

SINCE PEOPLE ARE ASKING ALOT OF QUESTIONS WHATS INCLUDED IN HABIB 4.66 v.1.01 i DESIDED TO UPDATE THE THREAD WITH A FULL LOG OF THE CFW HABIB 4.66 ↓[/color]
CFW developer HABIB is releasing a new CFW under his own name as this is not a REBUG Released but a Cobra CFW (Standard CEX Based) from Habib for v4.66 FW. All indications are that HABIB is still with the REBUG Team and a release should be coming soon by all indications. But in the meam time and for user's who do not want the REBUG style firmware here is a choice from HABIB ..
The developer has fixed the PS2 Controller Sync issues,this is done differently depending on your PS3 Console Type (BC/Semi-BC/non-BC). Additional features and more can be seen in the release notes below from HABIB:
