02/18/2015 Was a Date that change the way Most of us (the Modding community) sign
in To PSN Network Servers with a CFW ps3.iT was 4:00am When i First Started Experiencing
issues Signing in To Psn.Eatch Time i Sign in i Kept Getting Error '80710a06'. First Thing i Did was Check My Internet Connection
Making sure Everything was Connected Right! i Reset My Modem+Router And Turn Off My PS3 Wishing This '80710a06'
Error will Go away ,But i FAIL.THE '80710a06' ERROR WAS STILL THERE AND WONT GO AWAY. SO ,
i went and Got on my OFW Ps3 [Updated to 4.66 ] and Boom i Sign in No Issues At all
"So is not the internet connection i thought" Then i Went and Got On My
Habib 4.66 CFW and BAM Signed in No Issues AGAIN.
Did a Little More Diggin At This Issue That Night And Came With The Conclution That SONY Has Officially Patched

We only found a way to make a true spoof to fw 4.70!
The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9_r2).

iT Seems That You Can Still Sign in Online With Rebug 4.4x and 4.6x and Ps3 iTa 4.xx.To Sign Back Online Follow steps.
STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To '
ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To '
ebug Settings' and click X,Then ScrollDown To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.

This new version has support again for Rebug files (swp, nrm, cexsp and dexsp), it has been deleted long time ago and now is back. When SEN Enabler enables/disables PSN/SEN access will spoof Rebug files too, replacing any other spoof if exists, as you can see this only works on Rebug CFWs.

also used iMCSx's VSH Patcher to patch original Rebug D-REX vsh
edited the elf file manually to make it work with the 4.70 Spoofer files & re-encrypted it..
working fine on Rebug mode and normal Mode - still running few tests..

Yes i know i also have anoriginal cid and when i did the spoof thing i also got that error so in irsman i had to restore cid and never got that error again is the spoofer bro that is buggy and mess up the cid thing...so the way to fix that error is to restore cid

Hey can u do that and also i wanted to stay on original 4.65.2 d-rex without spoofer can u make it to make my 4.65 appear as 4.70 with the imcs Patcher ? Or are u working on a Patched vsh that does that when we replace.?

Well here are the files i used to spoof to 4.70 + my edit to the patched VSH files:
and what i did to make it work in simple words
installed the zofmod's spoofer, extracted the Certs & version files
grabbed my original
vsh.self.cexsp
vsh.self.swp
vsh.self
files and patched them with the patcher and edited each version in elf format to link up to the version files
then re-encrypted them all
and that about it then i replaced files on my dev-flash & rebooted..
as for the version file and index file i think u can get those from original 4.70 PUP file or just decrypt the index.dat file edit the version and re-encrypt but get the version.txt from original pup file..
this method can be used in future firmware releases.. so when official spoofer comes out u just need new version.txt and index file then edit the VSH to link with version/index file. + grab new certs from OFW as well then ur done...
