02/18/2015 Was a Date that change the way Most of us (the Modding community) sign
in To PSN Network Servers with a CFW ps3.iT was 4:00am When i First Started Experiencing
issues Signing in To Psn.Eatch Time i Sign in i Kept Getting Error '80710a06'. First Thing i Did was Check My Internet Connection
Making sure Everything was Connected Right! i Reset My Modem+Router And Turn Off My PS3 Wishing This '80710a06'
Error will Go away ,But i FAIL.THE '80710a06' ERROR WAS STILL THERE AND WONT GO AWAY. SO ,
i went and Got on my OFW Ps3 [Updated to 4.66 ] and Boom i Sign in No Issues At all
"So is not the internet connection i thought" Then i Went and Got On My
Habib 4.66 CFW and BAM Signed in No Issues AGAIN.
Did a Little More Diggin At This Issue That Night And Came With The Conclution That SONY Has Officially Patched

We only found a way to make a true spoof to fw 4.70!
The VSH has not been replaced with that of the firmware 4.66 (or similar crap), we only applied a small patch at VSH (two NOP and the magic is done)
The spoof is compatible with the following CFW PS3ITA: 4.50 DEX, 4.50 DEX COBRA, 4.55 DEX.
You can install it using the new version of CFW Setup (v.4.9.9_r2).

iT Seems That You Can Still Sign in Online With Rebug 4.4x and 4.6x and Ps3 iTa 4.xx.To Sign Back Online Follow steps.
STEP 1= Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To '
ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To '
ebug Settings' and click X,Then ScrollDown To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.

- Start Cfw Setup v4

This new version has support again for Rebug files (swp, nrm, cexsp and dexsp), it has been deleted long time ago and now is back. When SEN Enabler enables/disables PSN/SEN access will spoof Rebug files too, replacing any other spoof if exists, as you can see this only works on Rebug CFWs.

i was in the exact same boat as you,you can install Habib 4.66 from a USB in the Folders PS3>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP
but first you must go from rebug mode to normal mode on rebug toolbox, and when thats all ready to go you can update via storage media and play online with no spoofers, as Habib is essentially a 4.66 firmware

i've only gotten my console jailbroken 2 days ago and before that i have never even thought to look into jailbreaks :O i need to know how to:
-Disable the spoof (Im running Rogero 4.55 - Spoofed to 4.66 CEX)
- what is a recovery menu and how i can get to it & what to select in the menu.
- Is it ok to just install Habib while im on Rogero 4.55 spoofed? (Assuming not) but what exactly am i risking?

To disable the spoof install the cfw that you have now from the Recovery Menu (possibly same version, example 1.01, 1.00, the one that you have now)
To know how to enter into recovery menu you can use google, but now i'll write how: with ps3 off hold the power button until it turns off again, then hold power button, first time the ps3 make 1 bip, then 2 bip, when you hear the 2 bips release the power button and the ps3 enters into recovery menu, from this install the cfw you have. Installed cfw, return into recovery menu and install 4.66 habib (before installing the cfws check them with You must login or register to view this content.).
To copy the cfw on pen drive create a folder named PS3 and inside that, another folder called UPDATE and in UPDATE copy the cfw named PS3UPDAT.PUP.
If you update to 4.66 having a cfw less than 4.66 spoofed without qa flag you'll risk brick.
