Hey guys if your on dex and want to go on cex make sure that your on rebug 4.46 drex and convert your lv2 kernel to cex and make sure your target type is also converted to cex or you wont be able to go on cex if both aint cex...the reason you guys are getting stuck on downgraders is because your target type is still on dex...you can however go back to any cfw that is dex but in order to go cex make sure both lv2 kernel and target type are set to cex and then u can go on whatever cex cfw u want cheers hope this helped...

If you downgraded to 3.55 just use toggle qa and make that combo to activate qa flag and then just try to update

I was on Habib 4.7 and wanted to downgrade
used habib 999 downgrader (spoofed 4.46 ) showed as 4.46 in system information,
couldnt load anything other cfw without 8002f157 error, QA toggle made no difference.
Recovery menu showed version as 9.999 and Rebug 3.55v7 worked OK from the recovery console
Found this thread and now I am working again

if they don't have toggle QA enabled, they must use a CEX downgrader.

if you'r LV2 kernel is DEX or CEX then you have will to find a 3.55 downgrader what ever you'r on CEX or DEX. But if you have toggle QA enabled you should just be able to downgrade using any downgrader. If ya need help add me on skype!
