80710092 - Apparently there's an issue with time warner cable. I hope it's not only me.

Try replacing your ISP DNS numbers with the DNS numbers from OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220)

I've already done all that and nothing worked. I called Time Warner Cable and they said it was something with Sony's network protocol system.

Does this happen to all you're playstation consoles PS4, VITA, PS3 Ect.. and is the console jailbroken ?

First i would try going to network setting -> Media server connection and disable it if that not work

1. have you restarted you're router ?
2. have you disabled UnUp in ps3 internet settings and tried and if it is disabled enable it !
3. have you contacted sony support and asked them ?
4. have you tried these DNS ? 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4, 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 or any open DNS ?

if you have done every thing and still not work i would consider switching ISP.
