Step 3. plug in on your usb and install it
Step 4. Run it ( !!!!This step is Dangerous !!!! if you not feel safe search for other help)
Step 5. Select everything with Yes after you install it Make a Hard reboot

Actually you are finished and you can sign in and have fun

Multiman, Ccapi 2.60 doesnt work it give you an error and you have to reboot your PS3 (TMAPI works fine !)

Wow, after 5 hours no one has confirmed working or not ??!

Edit : Ran the installer & system firmware is now 4.66. However, upon signing in I still get asked to update.
(Rebug Dex 4.65.2 NOR)

Well I installed and ran it, it's just the 4.66v2 spoofer... I haven't actually installed the spoof as I'm afraid he tried to hex edit something that might brick my console.
Anyone who reads this, USE THIS ONLY IF YOU HAVE A NOR/NAND BACKUP + FLASHER incase of brick!

It would most probably only soft brick. It means you only need a usb key with pup inside

Either way, for safety sake, whenever you do something that modifies dev_flash, you should always have a backup flash, just in case.
But yeah it would probably only be a soft-brick, but anyone who tries this please be careful..

EDIT:
I used HxD to compare the file in this post, to the original 4.66v2 spoofer, and they are identical...

The one he posted above is just a 4.66 spoof fixer. It is *NOT* a 4.70 spoofer.

This has been officially tested by me and it DOES work.
However when i tried to play mw2 on disk it gives a error saying...
"To play this game, you must insert the following disc. Instert the disc, and then start the game again. (8001003D)" Modern Warfare 2

How would it work? It does NOT spoof 4.70. It simply fixes the 4.66 spoof.

so if i switch to dex will this work for me? im on REBUG 4.65.2 rex
