yay finally added some security... sony it took you 9 years..... and it probs only checks for FIRMWARE_4_70DEX or sys calls...

Wouldn't you not get banned if you activated PSninja, and changed your console ID before you signed in after activating the spoofer? Or would you still get banned? Because just by doing those two steps I've never gotten console banned, but I know the risk is higher now.
