First I thought I'll do it next week bc alot of people getting banned but now alot people are saying that they are online for a few days and aren't banned so I thought I'll try it now. I used the Haijam Spoofer and everything works fine. For the guys that haven't spoofed yet, you can do it now. Otherwise my friend has spoofed to 4.70 with the cfw DEX ITA 4.50. Alot of people has been banned when they do it on ITA bc Sony had insta ban. But if you do the following steps your chance to get a insta ban is alot lower.

- Spoof on a CFW to 4.70 (Normally).
- Start PSNinja and click on the first 3 options then EXIT.
- Start PSNPatch and press X (Your PS3 will reboot)
- Start the game you want (Do not sign in yet)
- When you CoD just stay on "PLAY ONLINE" and press the XMB button and sign in.
- Wait a couple seconds (20/30 sec) then just hit X you will get no fetching online profile.

**IMPORTANT**
Yes. There is always a ban risk when you running cfw. But this reduce the chance to get a CID Ban.

You forgot to mention to use PS Ninja

You can just click 'X' when you open psn patch as it will spoof PSID & CID & it will disable cfw

been doing this for 2months already no problem with me same steps but i also change my psid and console id all to 0000000xxxxx im good so far and got a few more ids as a back up just in case...

ive done this exact method for over 5 years and only had 2 OG CIDz banned

Ow yes, thanks bro. @Jayomu You dont get a insta ban but these steps are to hold longer your cid it works for alot of people. My friens an dex ita did the same method and didnr get banned

I have been using the same method to go online, I haven't been banned yet. I don't mod or anything.
But I didn't go online since the 4.70 update by Sony, lot of people saying they got insta banned 'cuz of the spoofs' especially Hijam. So I am playing safe for now, cuz i dont have back up CIDs :/
People don't post the exact method what they did when they got banned, so we don't know if it's the spoof or their mistake. I read one post here he said he got banned and then he said he didn't know how to disable cfw in psn patch. Lol

Hey guy's i've been using hijam that spoof with the cobra on it for like a week or from when it came out but i config the psn patch with new cfg file,so i run psn patch "press triangle" disable cfw then psninja and start the games then sign on from xmb my modded eboot for bo2 does that 20/30sec thing but AW modded eboot still has to fetch online profile but no ban and i don't spoof cid or anything only from psn patch and that's it working for like a year now no ban but i learned this from get my frist console banded a year ago.FEED BACK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
